AI Analytics Chat - What You Can Do?

The AI Analytics Chat helps you analyze interview data and extract actionable insights without manual work.

What It Needs to Get Started?

The chat requires completed interview transcripts to analyze. If your transcript section is empty, run interviews first and wait for them to complete.

What You Can Do Once You Have Transcripts?

Once interviews are available, you can ask the AI Analytics Chat to:

  • Extract themes and pain points: pull key patterns with supporting quotes
  • Summarize by topic: see what participants said about specific subjects (e.g., pricing, onboarding, trust)
  • Identify contradictions and outliers: spot conflicting feedback and turn it into prioritized research insights
  • Generate charts and visualizations: create visual summaries of your data
  • Answer specific questions: ask directly "What's the top reason users mention churning?"

How to Use It?

Simply type your question or request into the chat. The AI will analyze your interview data and provide structured answers based on the transcripts.

Example prompts:

  • "What are the main reasons users mentioned for canceling?"
  • "Summarize feedback about our onboarding process"
  • "Show me positive and negative sentiment around pricing"
  • "Find quotes about feature requests"

Reals — Automatic Audio Highlights

Upper left corner of the page, after Notes and Chat

What they are: Short audio clips automatically generated from key moments in completed interviews.

How to get them: Share your interview link with customers. Once interviews are completed, Reals are created automatically — no manual editing required.

Why they're useful: Reals help your team quickly understand insights without reading full transcripts. Hear customers in their own words during standups, stakeholder reviews, or team alignment meetings.

Interviews

Upper left corner of the page, after Reals

After setting up your AI Interviewer project, you'll see a screen confirming your interview is ready to collect responses. This is the starting point before any customer interviews have been completed.

Your AI Interviewer Link

What it is: Your unique interview URL that customers will use to start their interview.

How to use it:

  1. Test it first: click the link and complete an interview yourself to see the experience from your customer's perspective
  2. Copy the link: use the "Copy Link" button to grab your unique URL
  3. Share with customers: distribute via email, in-app message, social media, cancellation flow, or wherever your audience is

Ready-to-Share Templates

Pre-written messages you can use to invite customers to participate. These templates are optimized for different channels and contexts (email, Slack, in-app, etc.).

How to use them:

  • Expand the "Ready-to-Share Templates" section
  • Choose the template that fits your distribution channel
  • Customize the message if needed
  • Copy and send to your audience

What Happens Next

Once customers start completing interviews:

  • The "No interviews collected yet" message disappears
  • Your dashboard populates with transcripts, themes, and insights
  • Reals (audio highlights) are generated from key moments automatically
  • You can start using AI Analytics Chat to explore patterns in the data
Tip: Run at least 20 interviews before drawing conclusions for statistically meaningful patterns.
